Introduction:
With just 3 Gameweeks of FPL remaining, the decision making of managers is going to be crucial to secure a top spot or, to move up the table to a safe position. In this article we look at some possible picks that could be available on those waivers. To caveat these suggestions, no waiver wire is the same, so any suggestions we give are one's which we think have gone under the radar which may still be available. Also, your team may be set up perfectly for GW36, but if you have some injuries or suspensions or players just not cutting it for you. Then look no further. For full list of waivers, listen to our weekly podcast.
So, lets get stuck in.

Goalkeeper
Stefan Ortega (Manchester City)
Ortega is probably one of the best 2nd choice goalkeepers in the world of football. He fills in for Ederson from time to time and it feels like there is no difference between the two. Ederson has picked up a shoulder injury in Gameweek35. We saw him strapped up in a sling leaving the stadium at the weekend. A quote regarding the injury from Pep was "It doesn't look good, we see tomorrow with the doctor". (Premierinjuries.com).
It looks like Ederson will be out for the season, so Ortega can be a hold for the remainder of the year. City have some very good fixtures. They play Wolves (H), Fulham & Spurs (A) [Double Gamweek] & finally West Ham at home.
For anyone that isn't familiar with Ortega and his abilities. He plays for City in the FA Cup games. He has only conceded 2 goals all campaign and is in the FA Cup final vs Manchester United. The only game he conceded in was against Luton in round 5. Haaland scored 5 in this fixture also. He has kept clean sheets against Huddersfield, Spurs, Newcastle & Chelsea. If he could keep this form, he could be a great pick up from now until the end of the season.
Defender
Benoit Badiashile (Chelsea)
Chelsea have had a rocky season. With great wins followed by great losses. And that has been the same for their centre back Badiashile. He has returned some weeks with 5 points & 8 points. Then would play 90 minutes and come out with 0 or 1 point. Which is why he may not be a hot pick to some.
However, Chelsea do still have another game in GW35 vs Tottenham which will give us more info on French International.
Chelsea have a great run in to the end of the season. They play West ham (H), Forrest (A) & Brighton (A) [Double] and Bournemouth (H) in the last game of the season. Although doublers can inflate our perception of these players, the double Chelsea have in 37 can't be overlooked.
Last thing to note is Thiago Silva has picked up an injury, with Poch saying it's similar to the groin injury he picked up against Crystal Palace in GW24, which ruled him out for 5 weeks. So, if you want to attack that double in GW37, Badiashile can be a great early pick up.
Midfielder
Noni Madueke (Chelsea)
If he isn't picked up already, get him now. Noni Madueke has been balling out for Chelsea. With 4 starts now in a row. He has 2 goals and 2 assists in his last 5 games. He also picked up 3 bonus points against Aston Villa tallying a 12 point return. He still has another game to play vs Tottenham in GW35.
The only time he's underperformed was when he fought with Jackson & Palmer over the penalty, besides that he has had an XG (Expected Goals) of 1.65 & he's scored 4 times. Essentially he's scoring more than he should be based off the chances he gets!

Forwards
Enes Unal (Bournemouth)
Signed back in the January transfer window on loan from Getafe, what looked like a great pick at that time, he failed to break into the Bournemouth side. However he did play in GW35 returning with 12 points from a goal, assist and 3 bonus.
He played slightly behind Dominic Solanke and picked up some very good positions.
I would expect him to get the start this weekend against Arsenal at home because of his performance in GW35 & Semenyo's injury.
Semenyo picked up a knee injury against Brighton and Iraola said "it looks bad, but I don't know how bad until we do an MRI. But it's the knee, there's lots of different injuries, some are better, some are worse". Based off this we should see Unal hold down his position.
Callum Wilson (Newcastle)
The Magpies talisman is back from injury and has played 25 minutes in the last 2 fixtures. Wilson doesn't need 90 minutes to return and we saw that when he scored after 6 minutes of being subbed on Vs Sheffield in GW35.
Newcastle double in GW37 & have some very good fixtures in the run in. Their next 4 fixtures are Burnley (A), Brighton (H) & Man Utd (A) & finally Brentford (A).
Newcastle are still pushing for a possible Europa League spot and no doubt will be using Wilson to secure wins over the next 4 games.
Chermiti (Everton)
Finally a cheeky punt for GW36 is the Everton 3rd choice striker. Dominic Calvert Lewin is sick & Beto is injured. If you need a striker after some injuries over the weekend, Chermiti can slot in as a playing striker.
Conclusion
